Food - Make healthier food choices, stay hydrated, drink tea and  lemon water, have 3 meals and a snacks, don't eat junk food too often,  eat protein, healthy bmi is very important, don't eat before going to bed. 2. Move your body - 6k-10k steps a day, go for a walk, workouts, pilates,  stretching, gym for building muscles.  3. Don't overdo yourself - Resting is very important, sleep 8h+ a day, have regular going to bedtimes,  don't use your phone 30minutes before you go to bed.  4. Mindset - Break up with toxic people who hurt you, if they are family members distance yourself or avoid them. - Enough to think about the bad and negative scenario in the head it greatly affects reality and mood. - Set goal in front of you and focus on it and yourself.
